The Role we are hiring for: This person will play an integral part in leading our gutter installation and gutter protection projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will oversee projects in the field, support and hold installation crews accountable, communicate with customers, and work closely with our Operations team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate understands gutter installation and exterior construction, is confident leading people, and can identify and solve problems before they become problems for our customers.
The Responsibilities:
Oversee gutter installation and gutter protection projects from initial inspection through completion. Inspect jobsites and verify measurements, materials, scope of work, and installation details. Review project expectations with crews before work begins. Lead, coach, and support gutter installation crews in the field. Hold crews accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and jobsite cleanliness. Conduct quality-control inspections throughout the installation process. Identify installation deficiencies and ensure they are corrected. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during their projects. Communicate timelines, expectations, and changes clearly and professionally. Identify and resolve field issues while protecting the customer experience and project schedule. Coordinate with Operations and other departments to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure materials, equipment, photos, paperwork, and other project requirements are completed accurately and on time. Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs as needed. Ensure jobsites are left clean and professional. Follow and enforce company and OSHA safety requirements. Help train installers in proper installation techniques, safety, and company standards. Help improve production, efficiency, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
The Requirements needed:
You have 3-5 years of gutter installation experience. You have previous leadership, foreman, crew management, or project management experience. You have strong technical knowledge of seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter protection, fascia, soffit, and proper water management. You understand jobsite safety, including ladders, fall protection, and personal protective equipment. You can effectively communicate with customers, crews, and team members. You can follow plans, but are confident adapting and improvising when unexpected conditions arise. You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. You are comfortable making decisions and taking ownership when problems arise. You have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. You are able to pass required background and drug screening.
