Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning how things work? Do you have an interest in cars, trucks, or the automotive industry? Sanel NAPA is looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team and become the trusted resource our customers count on every day.

As an Auto Parts Sales Associate, youll be the face of our store; helping retail customers, professional technicians, and businesses find the right parts and solutions. No two days are the same! Youll use your customer service skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to make sure every customer gets the right part the first time.

Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a passion for learning and helping others.
What Youll Do:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in-store and over the phoneHelp customers identify automotive parts and solutions for their needsBuild relationships with customers and provide a positive experienceAnswer questions and use available resources to find the right productsProcess sales transactions accurately using computer systems and point-of-sale technologySupport inventory organization, special orders, and daily store operationsCoordinate deliveries and ensure customers receive their parts on timeWork as part of a team to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment
What Were Looking For:
