Comprehensive benefits program. 401(k) and generous company matching Floating holidays Paid-time off Responsibilities Respond to requests for customer parts; Create quotes for parts sales; Support part submissions when the contract includes only parts; Conduct ETA follow-up with suppliers as needed; Coordinate shipments of equipment/parts between the customer and the warehouse (by use of packing slips); Inspect equipment and parts at receiving and validate their conformity; Receive supplier orders in the system; Do cycle counting of equipment and parts per established schedule; Pick and prepare materials for shop floor and stage parts for the service technicians. Prepare customer sales orders and coordinate shipping; Prepare supplier returns as required; Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy Qualifications You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; You have the ability to work with B2B clientele; You have good mechanical understanding; You have basic computer skills; You are autonomous; Ability to work in a team; Thorough and good work ethic; Have followed forklift training and have a valid card (an asset).
