Bayville, NJ Parts Specialist duties include: Provide parts to customers and the service department from our inventory. Provide estimates to customers and service department. Look up parts using computer systems. Create purchase orders & communicate with vendors for non-stock parts. Create & send out sales order for parts sales. Assistance in maintaining parts inventory. Assist with processing invoices. Fire industry experience is highly preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication and skills as the position requires constant dialogue with customers as well as service management.
