Qualifications:
Previous detailing or automotive experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively with management and team members. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean and detail customer vehicles before delivery; assist with washing and preparing vehicles throughout the repair process. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, production areas, customer areas, and exterior of the facility. Keep work areas clean and free of debris to support a safe, professional working environment. Monitor inventory of detailing products, cleaning supplies, and other shop materials. Notify management when supplies are low and need to be reordered. Assist with receiving and checking in parts deliveries; inspect incoming parts for visible damage at the time of delivery. Verify that all parts listed on the invoice were received and properly label and organize parts immediately upon delivery, ensuring they are assigned to the correct repair order. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts to management immediately. Assist production and management teams with other duties as needed to keep the repair process moving efficiently.
