Job Description
Overview The primary responsibility of the Vendor Service Clerk is to aid the Vendor Services Team by processing common and or systemic repairs. This position reports to Vendor Services Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for addressing all incoming emails for the assigned Vendor Services Team. Opens Repair Orders to start repair process. Assigns Purchase Order numbers for high volume and low cost repairs. Email and Phone duties include answering vendor requests and repair follow up. Works with Operations to handle all repairs in a timely manner. Follow up on repairs in process. Receives invoices and PM sheets and attaches to the R.O. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Degree or GED required Excel, Word Knowledge Computer Data Entry Skills Limited Mechanical Aptitude Knowledge of VMRS is a Plus We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $18.20 - 24.27 per hour .
