This role involves providing clinical care and substance use counseling for case load of 5 youth clients aged 9-12. In this role, they will develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each youth's assessed needs and goals as well as facilitate weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support emotional and behavioral growth. The day-to-day includes delivering targeted interventions in both one-on-one and group settings that align with clinical assessments. You will support youth with behavioral challenges through structured, evidence-based strategies designed to promote positive outcomes. Additionally, you will translate treatment goals into engaging lesson plans and session agendas that help youth and families build regulation skills and address behavioral concerns. The ideal candidate brings experience working with children with behavioral needs and is able to create structured, engaging activities that support treatment goals and overall youth development.   • Minimum LSW or LAC LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD preferred
  • At least 3 years' experience with substance use w/ adolescents
  • Experienced in Google Suite
