Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide exceptional customer service by supporting parts inquiries, quotes, orders, pickups, and returns. Use company systems and handheld technology to manage parts orders, inventory, and fulfillment activities. Receive, stock, pick, verify, and stage parts accurately to ensure timely order completion. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including packaging, documentation, returns processing, and shipment coordination. Support will-call operations by assisting customers, verifying order accuracy, and prioritizing urgent requests. Conduct quality checks on inventory, orders, packaging, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and service excellence. Assist with hose room operations, including hose assembly, inventory management, customer support, and cross-training. Maintain a safe, organized workplace while participating in training, inventory activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Regularly lift, move, and position equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in parts operations, warehouse distribution, hose fabrication and customer service required. Ability to work independently. Forklift experience Strong customer focus with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and accurately resolve discrepancies. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
