Job Description

Inside Parts Sales Support Johnson & Towers Mount Laurel, NJ $65k-$72k/year Seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Parts Sales Support professional to assist our Outside Sales Team. This role plays a critical part in handling overflow calls, supporting key accounts, and contributing to overall sales growth through proactive outbound calls and upselling opportunities with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Support Outside Sales Representatives with timely quotes, order processing, and customer communication Handle inbound overflow calls with professionalism and product knowledge Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, check on customer needs, and promote products Upsell relevant parts and services to existing customers Provide accurate parts identification and recommendations using industry resources Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and technical teams to fulfill customer needs efficiently
Qualifications:
