The Parts Runner helps keep daily operations moving by locating, organizing, and delivering parts to technicians and other departments throughout the dealership. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable staying active throughout the day. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver parts to technicians throughout the Service Department Assist Parts Department employees with locating, pulling, and organizing parts Verify that the correct parts are delivered to the appropriate technician or repair order Transport parts, supplies, and paperwork between dealership departments Help receive, unpack, label, and stock incoming parts Maintain clean and organized parts storage and work areas Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Complete occasional parts pickups, transfers, or other dealership errands as needed Communicate promptly regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged parts Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Department management Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with Parts and Service employees Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying parts throughout the workday Automotive or heavy-duty truck parts experience is helpful but not required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus If you are dependable, willing to learn, and interested in joining a growing automotive and commercial-truck dealership, we encourage you to apply.
