Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. This role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems and familiarity with various equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Field incoming/outgoing calls to parts Department Manage front window as customers place orders, pick up and ask for parts support. Work closely with Mechanics to ensure they have needed parts in a timely fashion. Follow up on parts inquires and quotes. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes. Load and unload packages using forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize and improve operational workflows. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipping or receiving issues. Requirements Proficiency in using AS400 or similar warehouse management systems . Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment practices is desirable. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
