Parts & Inventory Specialist Parts & Inventory Specialist Food Manufacturing Company Swedesboro, NJ Monday
- Friday (Day Shift) $23.00
- $28.00/hr DOE We are working with an established food manufacturing company based in Swedesboro, NJ. They are recruiting a Parts & Inventory Specialist to support their Maintenance Department in return for an hourly rate in the region of $23.00

Key Responsibilities include:
Manage daily maintenance parts inventory and maintain accurate inventory records Generate purchase orders for maintenance parts, supplies and equipment Work directly with vendors to source parts, obtain pricing and track deliveries Maintain inventory levels through effective min/max stock management Receive, verify and stock incoming inventory Organize and maintain parts rooms and storage locations for maximum efficiency Utilize ERP and CMMS systems to manage inventory, stock levels and part locations Assign and maintain accurate part numbers and inventory records Locate replacement parts using OEM catalogs, exploded diagrams, equipment manuals and parts books Support maintenance technicians by identifying and locating replacement components Maintain purchasing records and inventory documentation using Microsoft Office 365 Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy Identify opportunities to improve inventory organization and parts management processes Communicate with maintenance personnel, suppliers and internal departments to ensure critical parts availability Qualifications & Experience required: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Experience managing inventory within an industrial or manufacturing environment Experience creating purchase orders Experience working with vendors and suppliers Familiarity with ERP, inventory management or CMMS systems Ability to read parts catalogs, exploded diagrams and equipment manuals Experience organizing and maintaining parts storage areas Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working alongside maintenance technicians and operations personnelPreferred Experience:
Experience supporting an industrial maintenance department Maintenance spare parts inventory experience CMMS experience Mechanical aptitude or maintenance background Experience improving inventory systems and parts organizationHow To Apply Contact:
