Parts Sales / Customer Representative — H.A.

We're looking for a Parts Sales / Customer Representative who is comfortable picking up the phone and face to face interactions. You'll be the person customers trust to get them the parts they need — whether they're standing at our Thorofare location or you're meeting them out in the field. This position will be the lead in direct interactions with customers to help grow customer relations and sales. What you'll do Parts Sales, processing orders and upselling products Communicate with Parts customers to supply updates, sales opportunities, and open relations. Partner with our service and sales teams to solve problems and spot new opportunities Look up, quote, and source the correct parts using catalogs, VINs, and manufacturer system Process orders, follow up on backorders, and keep customers informed start to finish Serve walk-in, phone, and email customers, looking for parts, and core processing Help maintain accurate inventory What we're looking for Strong customer service instincts and a genuine "let me take care of that for you" attitude Comfortable using computers, parts lookup systems, and phones/email throughout the day Organized, dependable, and able to juggle counter/phone traffic and follow-ups Valid NJ driver's license and a clean driving record (this role may include travel) Able to lift/move parts as needed (75 pounds) Why H.A. Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
