If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience identifying and sourcing parts for a variety of vehicle makes and models, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying the correct automotive parts. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory and stock levels. Receive, label, and organize incoming shipments. Answer phone and online inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing. Work closely with service technicians and sales staff. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked. Stay current on parts catalogs and manufacturer updates. Qualifications Previous experience in an automotive parts department or parts counter preferred. Knowledge of domestic, Asian, and European vehicle parts. Experience using electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills.
