We seek a Parts Counter Person who is willing to learn and grow within the company. We are looking for someone who is driven to learn and gain experience.

Schedule :

8 hour shift Day shift Every weekend Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with parts needs. Answer the phone, provide part estimates, and answer additional questions if needed. Ensure back-order parts are tracked and updated when escalation is required. Properly stock parts in inventory. Use Snap-on Catalog to look up needed part numbers accurately.

Qualifications:

Prior experience is required Must be able to utilize a computer efficiently. Need to be able to read the parts catalog and parts diagrams properly. Ford and Reynolds & Reynolds experience would be a plus but not a requirement.
