In this energetic role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and technicians seeking automotive parts and accessories. Your expertise will ensure seamless inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on product features and compatibility Manage inventory control through accurate stock tracking, ordering, and stocking of parts using automotive parts management systems (CMMS) and POS tools Process sales transactions efficiently using cash handling procedures and retail math skills, ensuring accuracy in cashiering activities Collaborate with service technicians to identify parts requirements for vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks Maintain organized shelving and stock displays while conducting regular inventory audits to prevent shortages or overstocking Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and follow-up support Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Excel to track orders, inventory levels, and sales data for reporting purposes Experience Prior dealership experience or retail sales background within the automotive parts industry is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Proven ability in inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control processes Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to effectively serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with automotive repair procedures, auto parts sales strategies, and automotive accessories knowledge Experience using dealership management software (CMMS), POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and retail math principles Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records of parts inventory and customer transactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive solutions!
