Job Description Job Description Smith Ford, a family-owned and operated dealership in Lordsburg, NM, is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team. Whether you are experienced in automotive parts or looking to start a new career path, we provide the training necessary to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Assist retail customers, shop technicians, and wholesale accounts in identifying and purchasing required Ford parts and accessories. Lookup parts using digital catalog systems and assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing. Handle incoming calls, answer customer questions, and process orders promptly. Receive, inspect, and unbox incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
