We're looking for a Service Parts Coordinator I to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, inventory is maintained, and warehouse operations run efficiently. You'll work alongside multiple departments to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer service parts orders. Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory. Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Process inventory transactions using an ERP/WMS system. Assist with shipping, receiving, and resolving inventory discrepancies. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Accounting to support daily operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or logistics. Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus. Experience using an ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred. Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Important Information This is a fully onsite position in Henderson, NV . The warehouse is non-climate controlled .
