Description Small Electronics Specialist

RC Willey is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Small Electronics Specialist to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure product quality. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide expert guidance on small electronics, manage inventory, and assist with order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding the right small electronics, including Apple products, wireless phones, tablets, cameras, and more.

Provide a warm, friendly greeting to every customer who enters the department.

Stay informed on the latest products and features, reviewing new tech and sharing knowledge with the team.

Update security settings on displays and ensure merchandise is correctly tagged.

Handle cashiering tasks like processing sales, opening credit applications, managing returns/exchanges/price matching, and balancing the cash drawer.

Maintain reports, track follow-ups, and ensure great customer service after the sale.

Help customers make confident buying decisions and leave with a positive shopping experience.

All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications

Experience in sales and working with electronics is a plus

Experience in cashiering

Must be self-motivated

Able to reach company sales standards

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
