What matters most is your energy, attitude, passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn . What You'll Do Your role will evolve as you learn the business and develop your Porsche knowledge.
You will:
Assist customers with Porsche parts questions and orders Learn our product range, starting with our core 356 and 911 expertise Develop knowledge of newer Porsche models as our business expands Help customers identify and locate the correct parts Process orders and support day-to-day operations Work closely with sales, warehouse, and other team members Help maintain accurate inventory and product information Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing Porsche parts Learn about our suppliers, products, systems, and processes Look for ways to improve how we work and serve our customers Bring ideas, ask questions, and contribute to the evolution of the company Take on more responsibility as your knowledge and experience grow Who We're Looking For We care about your experience, but we care even more about your mindset and personality .
