Counter Sales 1 Full Time/Non-Exempt

Reports To:

Branch Manager Seeking customer-focused professional with at least 5 years of HVAC-related experience seeking a Counter Sales role. Skilled in assisting customers, processing orders, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient service in person and over the phone Process orders, generate invoices, and ensure accurate same-day entry Locate, pull, and load products safely for customers or delivery Handle payments, returns, and basic paperwork accurately Maintain organized displays and a clean, safe workspace Assist with inventory, stocking, and general warehouse duties Promote products and help customers find the best solutions

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills At least 5 yrs experience related to heating and cooling systems and parts Comfortable using computers and order systems Good math and problem-solving abilities What is R.E Michel Company?
