Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the correct auto parts and accessories by leveraging extensive product knowledge and mechanical troubleshooting skills Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updates, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions Process sales efficiently using POS systems, handle cash and electronic payments with precision, and manage cashiering responsibilities Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication skills, personalized service, and effective client communication strategies Collaborate with the service team to support automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance needs, ensuring customer satisfaction Manage incoming phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing product information or directing calls appropriately Organize stock shelving, stocking procedures, and inventory management to ensure parts availability and optimal organization Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive repair and vehicle systems Solid knowledge of automotive parts and accessories along with mechanical troubleshooting abilities Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management, retail math, and stock control procedures Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools, CMMS software, Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and retail sales processes Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships Prior experience in retail sales within an automotive or dealership setting is highly preferred Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive solutions!
