As a proud fourth-generation company, Conway Beam will continue to deliver on a 75-year tradition of providing the transportation industry with superior equipment and services. We are a Mack, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu commercial truck dealership and full-service leasing company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required One (1) - three (3) year's experience driving Driving record meets insurance requirements Must meet USDOT Medical Examination standards Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, 20 pounds daily
