- 26/hr | Geneva, NY Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Parts Administrator for an established industrial equipment company in Geneva, NY.
- 26/hour, based on experience What You'll Do Answer incoming service calls and document customer information Maintain customer and parts inventory records Receive, store, issue, and ship replacement parts Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records Create quotes, sales orders, and invoices Assist customers with parts orders and payments Coordinate freight and shipping with vendors and suppliers Work with service, accounting, contracts, and other departments Research and help resolve parts, order, and customer-related issues What We're Looking For Mechanical or technical knowledge/experience strongly preferred Experience with machinery, industrial equipment, manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, electrical, HVAC, or similar environments is a plus Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 Excellent communication and professional email skills Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Previous parts, inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving, or service administration experience is a plus Strong data entry and database management skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams Why Apply?
