  • $20•26/hr | Geneva, NY Full-Time | Onsite | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Parts & Supply Coordinator for an established industrial equipment company in Geneva, NY.
This is a hands-on coordination role combining parts, inventory, customer service, order processing, and technical support. We're looking for someone who is highly organized and customer-focused, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand equipment, components, and replacement parts. Pay $20.00
  • 26.00/hour, based on experience Schedule Monday-Friday
  • 8am-5pm Full-time, onsite What You'll Do Answer incoming customer and service calls and document requests accurately Assist customers and service technicians with identifying parts, checking availability, pricing, and processing orders Receive, organize, issue, and ship replacement parts and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory counts Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation Coordinate freight, shipping, and deliveries with vendors and customers Work closely with service technicians and internal departments to support customer needs Research parts, vendors, pricing, and shipping options Enter and maintain accurate information in computer and inventory systems Help maintain an organized parts and supply area Ensure customers receive the correct parts and information in a timely manner What We're Looking For Previous experience in parts, inventory, purchasing, warehouse coordination, customer service, or service administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and professional email etiquette Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with ERP, inventory, order-management, or service software is a plus Mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial equipment knowledge is highly preferred Ability to research information and solve customer or parts-related problems Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred Ability to understand how equipment, machinery, and mechanical components work Previous experience with industrial equipment, machinery, manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, maintenance, or mechanical systems is a strong plus Experience with parts, inventory, purchasing, warehouse coordination, or service administration Ability to identify, research, and locate the correct parts or components Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with inventory, ERP, or order-management systems is a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating with service and internal teams Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
