Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating auto parts and accessories efficiently using POS systems and inventory management tools Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to help customers make informed decisions Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment Handle cash transactions, process payments through POS systems, and maintain accurate cash handling records Negotiate with customers to recommend suitable products and upsell additional items to enhance their vehicle service experience Maintain organized workspaces and ensure the cleanliness of the parts counter area for optimal customer interactions Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing initiatives and promote dealership services when appropriate Experience Proven experience in parts sales, must have dealership experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair processes Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment.
