The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role. Starting Pay:

$18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and move 50 to 75 pounds regularly, with occasional team lifting of heavier items Ability to load, unload, organize, and transport HVAC parts, equipment, and materials safely Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to work in a warehouse environment as well as outdoors in varying weather conditions Sufficient manual dexterity to handle parts, tools, and inventory accurately Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable learning inventory management software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle when needed Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
