What You'll Do Provide product support to customers as well as sales staff and technicians. Performs trouble shooting and problem solving for customers. Research parts and products to ensure customer satisfaction with the product line; Research service documents to determine parts needed for repair. Orders parts, responsible for delivery of parts to appropriate location. Compile documentation, drawing, literature to customers and technicians to help repair equipment. Other duties may be assigned. Hourly Rate:
