Sales Posting:

The Conway Beam Truck Group, Buffalo, N.Y., New York State's newest state-of-the-art facility ,is seeking a heavy duty outside parts sales representative to become a key member of our team. We're looking for an experienced sales rep who is self-motivated, dependable, highly organized and able to support our customers, and assist them with their heavy duty transportation solutions. Our Most Successful Sales Reps sell heavy duty truck parts and related components, and identify prospective customers while developing and applying the strategy necessary to close orders. They also remain informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers that will assist in sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers through direct sales visits, telephone calls, email and text to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Facilitate order placement
• Maintain contacts with customers in relation to their requirements; keep current on market and customer trends.
• Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within sales territory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience
• Knowledgeable in the area of heavy duty truck parts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer software as needed for dealership operations.
