Supply—one of the nation's premier independent distributors—is looking for a sharp, customer-focused HVAC Counter Sales Associate in Akron. You'll be the go-to resource for local contractors, technicians, and installers, making sure they get the right equipment, precise quotes, and reliable service to keep their jobs moving.

What You'll Do Drive Counter Sales:

Assist walk-in and phone customers, recommend complementary parts and tools, and showcase active promotions.

Process & Expedite:

Build custom price quotes, process final orders, manage returns/credits, and pull/stage materials for rapid pickup.

Solve Technical Specs:

Consult catalogs, spec sheets, and manufacturer reps to source hard-to-find HVAC components and hit tight delivery windows.

Manage Account Relationships:

Maintain customer records, share real-time order updates, and build long-term trust with local trade pros.

What We're Looking For Service-Minded:

Great communication skills with a drive to give contractors fast, accurate answers.

Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating sales software, tracking inventory, and managing multiple counter inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Industry Experience (Bonus): Prior HVAC field experience, installation knowledge, or trade counter experience is preferred—though strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn win the day.
