Family owned import auto parts online e-commerce retailer with 55 years of operation is seeking a full time Inventory Services associate weekdays 9-5. An Inventory Services associate ensures that all products that are warehoused for sale are correctly counted, tagged, located, and listed to the public. They perform inventory handling, counting, receiving, shelving, labeling, listing, and record management in our on-line storefront.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

REPLACEMENT STOCK

Inventory Receiving and Record Updates Accept / receive shipments of replacement stock inventory from domestic or international sources. Verify that items received = items / qty expected Update quantities of each item in inventory system, with proper notes about receipt. Print ID labels for each item and apply to products. Place products on appropriate shelf location in warehouse. 2.

NEW OLD STOCK

Inventory Research and Record Updates Process collections of new old stock parts by searching their part numbers within our system to find existing records. Open boxes and inspect item to ensure that item is undamaged and saleable. Update quantities of each item with proper notes about receipt. Update storefront images if necessary by taking photos and uploading to system. Print ID labels for each item, apply, and place on appropriate shelf. 3.

REPLACEMENT STOCK

Ordering Count and manage specific, assigned items that are sourced locally, on a weekly basis. Count assigned stock on shelves, determine what is needed vs available at various vendors. Place stock orders accordingly. 4. Inventory Record Maintenance Manage existing inventory records by keeping quantities, costs, prices, descriptions and photos updated and correct. Update inventory location data as needed to ensure that items can be found. Update inventory weights and dimensions if needed. Update inventory costs and prices as needed. Make and place new bin boxes and shelf labels if stock exceeds current storage space.

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories. Reliable transportation to and from work Can lift up to 50lbs / Can climb rolling stairs for high shelf access Window and MS Office applications, email, and PC-based applications. Ability to quickly learn and operate our on-line inventory management system Ability to take clear photographs in a photo booth environment.

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
