Car Parts Warehouse is looking for a dependable and hardworking Store Parts Puller to join our team at our Elyria location . Position Overview As a Store Parts Puller, you will play an important role in keeping our store running efficiently by locating and pulling automotive parts for customer orders. This is a fast-paced position that requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to stay on your feet throughout the day. You will work closely with our counter staff, drivers, and other team members to make sure the correct parts are pulled and ready for customers or delivery as quickly as possible. Automotive parts experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Job Responsibilities Locate and pull automotive parts for customer and delivery orders Use part numbers and inventory locations to accurately find products throughout the store Double-check part numbers to ensure the correct products are pulled Prepare pulled parts for customer pickup or delivery Work closely with counter staff and delivery drivers to keep orders moving efficiently Stock and organize automotive parts as needed Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory Maintain accurate and organized product locations Identify and report inventory or product discrepancies to management Keep work areas, aisles, and shelving clean and organized Maintain a high level of accuracy when pulling orders Assist other team members as needed throughout the shift Qualifications Previous automotive parts, retail, stocking, or warehouse experience preferred Comfortable working with numbers and matching numerical part numbers Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn automotive parts and inventory locations Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation to and from work
