Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Automotive Parts Counter Trainee to join our team. This paid training position is a great opportunity to learn automotive parts, customer service, inventory management, and dealership operations while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities Assist customers with automotive parts and accessories Learn parts ordering, inventory, and stocking procedures Use dealership computer and point-of-sale systems Maintain accurate inventory records Learn basic automotive systems and mechanical terminology Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers Assist with parts sales and upselling Gain hands-on experience with dealership and service operations Requirements Interest in automotive technology, repair, or sales Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work well with a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Automotive or retail experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
