- SSP is the place for you.
- repair hours, parts allocated, current machine hours, copy pertinent info from work orders to asset notes and other related tasks. Manage inventory
- remove allocated parts from current inventory, confirm inventory is correct, reorder critical spares as inventory is used, enter new parts into CMMS to capture cost and purchasing information.
- Open work orders, open PM requirements listed from oldest to newest, % of recordable hours verses actual hours available. Contact vendors
- Request for service, supply purchase orders for service as needed, Parts quotes, lead times and tracking info on critical parts, update technicians with parts request delivery dates. Maintain wastewater
- update discharge records, cost per batch, facilitate sample to city as needed, maintain chemicals levels needed to treat.
