Duties Assist customers in identifying their outdoor power equipment needs by providing expert advice on parts and service options. Manage inventory control by stocking parts accurately, utilizing inventory and ensuring availability of essential items. Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Maintain excellent communication with customers via phone etiquette, ensuring clear explanations of repairs or parts recommendations. Support marketing efforts by promoting seasonal products, accessories, or service packages to enhance customer engagement. Help with pulling and shipping parts Experience Previous dealership or retail sales experience with a focus on parts and service is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and order fulfillment efficiently. Familiarity with outdoor power equipment repair techniques and maintenance procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills coupled with strong negotiation abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.
