What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license 1+ year of experience in parts operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel (a plus, not required) Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment Your Role Maintain accurate inventory control of all parts in the system Order parts as needed to ensure timely arrival Inspect all parts for damage upon delivery Return incorrect parts to vendors and secure the correct parts quickly Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and coordinate with other departments on what's needed Build strong vendor relationships and stay on top of order status and delivery Answer customer questions about their vehicles Help ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly Why You'll Like It Here You'll keep our shop running smoothly by making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time — while working in an environment that values your contribution and supports your growth.
