Full-Time Hiring Immediately Classic BMW, a proud member of the Classic Auto Group, is seeking one experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a well-established dealership environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year recent experience in an automotive parts department (dealership experience preferred). BMW and/or MINI parts experience strongly preferred. Open to candidates with parts store backgrounds who are ready to advance to a dealership setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell parts at retail and wholesale levels over the counter, through the service shop, phone, and online. Assist customers in selecting required parts and suggest companion items and promotions. Pull and prepare parts for purchase and service orders. Check in parts inventory when delivered from Manufacture on a daily basis. Handle special/emergency orders for unavailable parts. Answer customer and sales rep calls with accurate quotes and information. Prepare orders for daily delivery, pickup, or shipment. Manage back-orders and returns on a weekly basis.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs . Frequent walking, reaching, climbing, and standing (68 hours/day). Exposure to typical shop elements such as dust, noise, and fumes when delivering parts.
