Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counterperson to join our automotive team. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline representative, providing expert assistance to customers seeking automotive parts, accessories, and repair solutions. Your enthusiasm knowledge will drive positive customer experiences. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their automotive parts and accessory needs through excellent customer service and product knowledge Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and maintaining accurate stock levels using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and electronic payments securely Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive parts sales and accessories, maximizing revenue opportunities Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met and products are properly displayed Join us as a Counterperson helping our customers get back on the road faster while advancing your career in the vibrant world of automotive retail.
