Automotive Parts Sales Retail Associate Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Sales Retail Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right automotive parts for their needs
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Continuously improve knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or retail sales strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
