If you're organized, customer-focused, and have an interest in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you. The Parts Counter Person will play an important role in supporting our service and parts departments while providing excellent service to both customers and technicians. Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with parts identification and ordering Sell and distribute automotive parts and accessories Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts Maintain accurate parts inventory and keep the parts department organized Look up parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer systems Process parts invoices, returns, and special orders Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding availability and pricing Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need Provide friendly, professional customer service Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Computer proficiency and ability to learn parts catalog and dealership software Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented Benefits Competitive salary with growth potential.
