•$62,000 annually Automotive Parts Advisor Jaguar Land Rover Portland is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. We operate at a high level and are looking for a professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities, manages their time effectively, and consistently follows established policies and procedures without requiring repeated reminders. Key Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with accurate parts identification and ordering Provide professional, timely, and knowledgeable customer service Research parts using electronic catalogs and available manufacturer resources Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and special orders Monitor open orders, backorders, and special-order reports Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, service advisors, and other team members Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Support the department's sales, gross-profit, productivity, and customer-service goals Required Qualifications Automotive parts knowledge is required Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to self-manage, prioritize responsibilities, and complete assignments independently Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures consistently Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Willingness to accept accountability and carry an equal share of the team's workload Preferred Qualifications Previous dealership parts experience CDK experience Jaguar Land Rover parts or dealership experience Experience with retail, wholesale, and internal repair-order transactions What We Are Looking For The right candidate will arrive prepared and on time each day, maintain a positive attitude, and take pride in producing accurate work.
