Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced & knowledgeable Forklift Parts Specialist to support field teams and customers by managing parts orders, inventory, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving and stocking orders Stage parts weekly to ensure field teams have necessary inventory Participate in inventory counts for branch and field vehicles Order, procure, and expedite parts for service teams and customers Research parts to create repair quotes Ship stock and customer orders to other locations Process vendor bills and post invoices using internal systems Process customer invoices
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in parts, inventory, or supply management preferred Comfortable using computer systems for ordering, invoicing, and tracking Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and customers Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
