Parts Coordinator -
Job Number:
262749 - Full-time Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Shift :
1st Shift Job overview: Serve as the main expert of Schneider's inventory management as a Parts Coordinator in Carlisle, PA. Maintain the quantity, accuracy and availability of all parts inventory in the shop.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and the parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory. Participate as a member of the shop leadership team and advise the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics. Ensure shop inventory is maintained in accordance with established guidelines. Act as a training back-up and provide off-hours support when necessary. Use a vehicle to pick up parts.
Skills and qualifications:
A technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of X years of parts inventory experience. Basic math skills. Solid analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
