The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain and inventory of Motorcycle and Powersports parts, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and managing parts inventory while collaborating with various departments to meet operational needs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and specifications. Maintain accurate data entry in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking parts usage. Support manufacturing operations by sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts as required. Qualifications Strong knowledge of motorcycle repair processes. Mechanical knowledge related to automotive diagnostics and equipment repair is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective data entry and inventory control. Previous dealership experience or familiarity. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while providing outstanding customer service.
