Team Toyota of Glen Mills is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Trade/New Car Inventory Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to make a direct impact on our dealership's success.

Job Summary:

Manage and maintain an accurate, well-merchandised inventory of new and dealer trade vehicles. Coordinate trades with other Toyota dealerships, handle all related logistics and paperwork, and ensure smooth intake and delivery of all inventory. This role requires strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management

• Oversee and maintain accurate records of all new and dealer trade vehicles. Dealer Trade Coordination
• Work with other Toyota dealerships to locate, acquire, and trade vehicles. Logistics and Documentation
• Manage all logistics and paperwork related to trades including billing, titling and documentation. Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory related maters internally and with other buildings. Accountability
• Take ownership of inventory accuracy and vehicle readiness. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years of experience in a Toyota Dealership (dealership inventory management preferred) Strong communicator and relationship builder Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manager multiple priorities Passion for automobiles and the Toyota brand
