Our client a manufacturing facility in Lebanon seeks a full-time, direct hire Day Shift Parts Coordinator for their facility. The Parts Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of spare parts critical to the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role ensures optimal availability of spare components to minimize downtime, improve reliability, and support efficient maintenance operations & does so in a safe manner while following all company policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an accurate inventory of all spare parts and consumables using the company's CMMS. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess/obsolete parts Verify incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness; manage returns or warranty claims as needed Source and order spare parts from approved vendors, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory of essential spare parts inventory. Organize and label parts storage areas for efficient retrieval and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with the maintenance team to forecast part usage and schedule timely replenishment. Support maintenance technicians during equipment breakdowns by quickly locating and providing required parts. Maintain proper documentation, including purchase orders, receipts, and equipment-specific part records. Complies with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices. Performs special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel. Other duties as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or GED required; associate's or technical degree preferred 2+ years of experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or maintenance support in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proficient in inventory software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or similar

CMMS/ERP

tools) Strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components used in industrial machinery Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move parts and boxes as required. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
