What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner Mirror match parts for the assistance of Technicians Cost parts on invoice Coordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met Stock incoming product and tracks inventory Handle some retail customers at our parts counter. Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in What You'll Need Valid driver's license with good driving history At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change Good computer skills and attention to detail Automotive knowledge will be a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements for
