We serve individual customers, automotive shops, enthusiasts, and race teams throughout the country. We are a small, hands-on team looking for a reliable person who wants to work, learn, and become an important part of our daily operation. About the Position We are looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Automotive Parts & Shipping Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for pulling parts, packaging and shipping orders, receiving inventory, organizing the shop, handling parts, assisting with local deliveries and pickups, and helping with general day-to-day operations. This is an active, hands-on position in an automotive shop and warehouse environment. It is not a desk job. Responsibilities Pull sold parts accurately from inventory Match parts to customer orders Safely package automotive parts for shipment Process daily shipments within the allotted time Print shipping labels and paperwork Measure and weigh packages when necessary Prepare and stage freight shipments for pickup Management handles freight scheduling and coordination Receive and unload incoming parts Organize shelves, racks, pallets, and inventory Return parts to their proper storage locations Maintain a clean and organized shipping and shop area Assist with moving parts, equipment, and vehicles around the facility Make parts deliveries and pickups as needed Assist technicians and management with daily shop tasks Assist customers with pickups or deliveries Communicate shipping or inventory issues to the team Help wherever needed to keep the operation moving Qualifications Automotive knowledge or a genuine interest in cars Shipping, warehouse, parts, or automotive experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to learn our shipping and inventory systems Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy items and move automotive parts and packages Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all climates Professional and friendly communication skills Reliable attendance is essential Porsche or European automotive experience is a plus, but not required What We Are Looking For The right person is someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable Likes working with cars Likes staying busy Is naturally organized Takes pride in doing things correctly Can work without constant supervision Notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Is comfortable doing a little bit of everything Is willing to learn If you are someone who sees packages that need to go out, parts that need to be pulled, inventory that needs to be organized, or something in the shop that needs attention and simply takes care of it, we want to meet you.
