Responsibilities Assist customers with parts needs at the counter or from your workstation via in-person interaction, phone, or email Provide timely and professional email support to customer inquiries Research part availability and pricing from various manufacturers Provide order follow-up support and help resolve parts-related questions Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service Requirements Proficient with computers and basic software applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused with a positive, helpful attitude Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting Experience in agriculture or construction (preferred) Mechanical aptitude (preferred) Prior parts specialist or customer support experience (preferred) Salary Competitive and based on experience. Starts at $45,000 per year.
