Job Overview Penn Hills Rental is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Parts Sales Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, know your way around tools or equipment, and are organized with great communication skills - we want to hear from you. Duties Greet customers and assist at the front counter and over the phone Identify and recommend the correct parts or accessories for rental and repair equipment Provide accurate pricing and availability information Process sales transactions and maintain records using our POS system Order, receive, and stock parts inventory Maintain a clean and organized parts ares Assist with other store or rental-related tasks as needed Requirements Prior experience in parts sales, equipment rental, or a related field is preferred Basic knowledge of small engine parts, tools, or equipment (Stihl, Honda, etc.) is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer-literate (POS systems, inventory software, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent We Offer Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training Opportunity to grow within a locally owned and trusted business Friendly and supportive team environment Join our dynamic team as a Counter Sales Representative where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success!
